In this article you will learn to: Add settings to TRX/loop trainer exercises in a workout plan.
Quick guide to adding TRX/Sling trainer settings within a workout plan:
- Members / Select Member / Training / Training Plans
- Click on Create Training Plan .
- Add exercises with the sling/TRX exercise type.
- In the three-dot menu on the right, click on Edit TRX/Sling Settings and add the desired settings.
Similar to, for example, the seat height or seat inclination of strength equipment or machines, various settings can also be stored for TRX/sling trainer exercises to give the member guidance on execution during the workout.
Add TRX/Sling trainer settings
As soon as you create a training plan (regardless of whether it is a training plan template, catalog plan or individual training plan via the member profile) and add an exercise with the exercise type sling/TRX , you can select the button Edit TRX/Sling settings in the three-dot menu of the exercise on the right.
In the window that opens now, you can add the following settings to the exercise:
- Ankle height
- Knee height
- Hip height
- Chest height
- Shoulder height
The saved settings are displayed in the training plan builder, on the training plan overview page and in the MySports app.
Your members will then find their individual TRX/Sling settings directly visible on the respective exercise in active training mode. This ensures that all exercises can be performed correctly.
