Would you like to offer special discounts for certain companies or for all companies in your catchment area? Simply set them up in Magicline and apply the discount when you sign the contract.
Note: these discounts are only available for indoor sales via the sales support tool.
How does it work?
Create a company
Before creating the discounts, companies must be entered into Magicline. To do this go to the main Members menu. Then click on Partner Companies and Create Company (in the top right hand corner).
Enter the company information in the next window:
Then save.
When you click on the line of the newly added company, you have the possibility to view and edit the information under the Contact details tab.
From the Contracts tab, you will then see all the customers who have subscribed to the discount for this company.
Managing company branches
If you have multiple companies in a branch, you can manage them using Company Codes. These codes allow you to save time when granting a discount. How do I do this?
First, you must create all the companies in the subsidiary as explained in the paragraph above. Once done, you will create the codes. To do this, go to the main Members menu, then Company Codes. Then click on Create a company code in the top right hand corner.
Then simply fill in the information in the following window:
The name of the code will depend on your own internal organisation. In our example we have a Decathlon code. This code will be applied to all branches of the company registered in Magicline. Thus they are all grouped under the company code.
We have also made a code "-10%". This code can be assigned to companies that are entitled to -10% discounts in your hall. They do not have to be part of the same group or subsidiary. This code only allows you to classify companies by discount type.
Note: you can assign several codes to a company.

Creating discounts
The discounts you can create can be applied to an individual company, a company code or to all companies.
It is in this step that the interest of the codes takes all its meaning.
How do you do it?
First of all, you need to have created your tariff and your offer (find out more).
Once this is done, click on the offer concerned by the discount, under Settings > Contract management > Contract offers.
Then click on the Discounts tab, then Add a company discount in the Company discounts box.
First, enter the discount percentage under Discount.
In the Applies to field, you need to specify what the discount should apply to: the main contract (the monthly payment), the enrolment fee, the packages or modules. You can choose one item or several. In this case, the discount will be applied to all the elements chosen.
Finally, under Valid for, select for whom this discount is valid.
Single company: Here you can choose one company from your list of companies. To add multiple "single" companies, simply save the first company and click on Add Company Discount again to enter the second.
Multiple companies (company code): Here you can enter one or more company codes. In our example, all companies with the code Decathlon will receive the discount. This is where you save time. You do not have to enter all the companies in the branch one by one.
All companies: Here you do not need to set up the company, i.e. you do not need to create the company in Magicline. The discount will be applied as soon as you click on Company discount when you sell the subscription.
How do I apply the discount?
When selling a subscription via the Sales Support Tool you can click on the three dot menu to the right of Basic Contract:
Then click on Add a company discount.
In the window that opens, type the name of the company and select it from the list. The discount will be applied automatically.
