Prerequisites
Doors can be opened manually via the software. This is only possible if
- an active Device Manager is running, and
- a device is set up in the Device Manager that supports the door-open command.
Pricing tier: Basic or higher.
Open door
Switch to the Check-In area and click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner. Select Open door. This menu item only appears when at least one device that supports opening a door is set up.
In the dialog that opens, the device action is already set to Open door. Click the device from the list that controls the door you want to open. Clicking the device immediately sends the open-door command: there is no confirmation dialog and no further step required. Use the "Only show devices that are online" checkbox to filter the list to online devices only, or the reload button to refresh device statuses.
