In this article, you will learn: The correct configuration of the GAT NetWriter
Quick Guide:
Mifare Configuration
Currently, only Ganter segment types are supported.
If the validity is to be written during check-in (check-in day, regardless of check-in, or indefinitely), the correct Gantner master key (36 digits) must also be entered.
This setting defines when a lock can be used, either:
- On the day of check-in
- From the check-in time for the specified duration
- Independently of check-in (always)
If this setting is activated, corresponding data will be written to the transponder during check-in.
The GAT NetWriter supports 3 segments (Locker 1, Locker 2, or third-party), which must already be correctly configured in the reader settings (e.g., GAT Configuration Manager). In this screenshot, Locker 1 is set to sector number 4 (or block address 4). In the DeviceManager, you only need to specify which locker configuration from the reader should be used.
