- In the main view, go to “My Magicline Contract” at the top right.
- Under “Contract Details,” click Upgrade Contract Now
Current features of my contract
To see which functions your contract currently includes, go to the profile name in the top-right corner of the main view and select “My Magicline Contract”.
There you will find three different tabs. Under “Contract Details” you can see the overview of the functions currently included in the contract. In addition to your account number, the contract term and the package name you have chosen, you will find initial information about the services included in your contract.
You can access the corresponding area in the Magicline using the three-dot-menu behind the respective function. If you would like to know more precisely which functions your contract contains, you can take a look at a detailed overview.
To achieve this, click on Overview.
A new window opens with a list of all the features.
The functions that are not activated do not have a check mark in front of the name.
How do I upgrade my Magicline?
If you need more features than your current Magicline contract includes, you can upgrade your Magicline at any time.
To achieve this, go back to “My Magicline Contract” in the main view. Under “Contract details” you will find the “upgrade contract now” button.
Click this button to purchase another package with advanced features.
