What is the hostname?
The hostname is used to uniquely identify your Magicline. It is created from the studio name you provided us during registration and becomes part of your Magicline URL: https://hostname.web.magicline.com. To log in via the try.magicline.com login page, you must enter this hostname. This ensures that you are directed to the correct login page for your studio.
Where can I find the hostname?
Typically, the hostname is the name of your studio or chain. If you're unsure which name was used, check the welcome email. Look for an email with the subject “Welcome to Magicline,” sent from info@magicline.com.
You can find the hostname in the URL at the end of the email, linked behind the red button “Back to Your Magicline.”
