Create / edit additional module
Go to the section Settings / Contract Management / Additional Modules. There you can see existing modules like “Duschen” here and edit them by clicking on the row, or create a new module by clicking on New Additional Module at the top right.
Create a new additional module or edit an existing one. Through the three dots at the top right within the chosen module, you can adjust the name of the module, tax details, and rest period effect under Edit Additional Module. Under Advanced Settings, additional options like the payment group can be configured. Through the three-dot menus on the tiles, you can make the settings visible there.
Edit presentation
Choose the languages that should be available, define the public name, and provide a description of the module.
Upload a background image for the online presentation and the sales tool.
Term configuration
Additional modules behave like independent contracts that can be linked to a main contract. You can create duration configurations for the module independently of the main contract.
Set up a trial phase
You can also set up a trial phase for the additional module. Select the option “Edit trial phase”. Here you can specify on which platform the trial phase can be booked, how long it lasts, whether it can be repeated, and add a description.
Contractual details
In the Contractual Details section, you can add a contractual service description for the module. This text will only be displayed in the contract document.
Link the service with the additional module
For the additional module to technically enable the use of the service it includes, it must be linked to the corresponding service. In our example, it's the service Showers.
We link the service to the module by assigning the additional module as an inclusive contingent to the service. You determine how often the service can be used with the module through the settings.
Activate online booking
After completing your settings, click on the three dots at the top right, choose Activate Online Booking to make the module available for online bookings.
The additional module in the MySports Web customer profile
In the customer profile, under “Available Modules”, you see the options that you can add to your contract. If there are already additional modules that are booked, a second tab next to the available modules appears where you can view the booked ones. For example, here the solarium is listed for a monthly price.
Booking the additional module via MySports Web & App
If you want to add a module like the solarium, click on it and the duration, costs, and cancellation period will be displayed. Here you can also find the short description of the module and the conditions for booking that you previously configured in your Magicline.
Finally, you must confirm the booking. Review the summary of details and accept the conditions before clicking on Buy Now.
Please note that for the online booking of the additional module, a payment method must be stored on the member. Either a SEPA direct debit mandate or another payment method, such as credit card / PayPal. For this, the activation of Magicline Payments is necessary. More information can be found here.
