About services
Services define which free or paid additional offers you provide in your studio. From 10-visit passes to solarium use to included contingents for check-up appointments, you can configure and price any additional offer. You can link services to rates and additional modules via an included contingent, or sell them individually at the cash register.
You manage services under Settings / Services / Services.
Service types
Click Create Appointment-based service in the upper right corner to create an appointment-based service directly. For the other service types, open the arrow next to the button and select Create Usage-based service, Create Time-based service or Create Check-in service. The Create Check-in service entry only appears if the check-in services feature is active for your studio.
There are four service types:
- Usage-based service: services that members use spontaneously in the studio, e.g. a drinks flat rate or the sauna. They are booked manually to the member account or automatically via a device.
- Time-based service: services billed by the minute for interval-based devices, e.g. a solarium. They are charged via a corresponding device.
- Appointment-based service: services defined by a duration and the resources they need, e.g. nutrition advice, trial training or EMS training. They are available in the appointment calendar and are charged when the appointment is assigned.
- Check-in service: day tickets that grant access to the studio. Each check-in uses the member's ticket contingent.
Delete a service
In the list under Settings / Services / Services, open the three-dot menu of the service and select Delete service.
