Easily configure and send out Personalized Contract Offers
With Magicline, you can send individual, time-limited offers with attractive discounts via email or SMS to your leads. This way, you can reach potential customers anywhere and seamlessly and efficiently transition from lead to member.

Personalized Contract Offers provide you with the following possibilities:

Configuration of the Offer Pages
Before you can create personalized contract offers, you must first set up a page configuration. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings / Landing Pages by MySports / Personalized Offer Pages.
- Ensure that you have already created a configuration for logos, colors, fonts, and tracking under Settings / Landing Pages by MySports / Basic Settings.
- Click on Create Configuration, enter a name, and select the basic configuration.
In the configuration you have created, you can now make the following settings:
- Presentation: Here you set the header text.
- Expiry message: This appears when the offer is no longer available or has expired.
- Success message: It is displayed immediately after completion or when the page is called up later.
- Custom CSS: Here you can upload a CSS file for further adjustments if needed.
Configuration of a personalized offer page
Creation of Offer Templates
Once you have a page configuration, you can create templates for the contract offers:
- Go to Settings / Prospects / Personalized Offer Templates and click on Create Template.
- Give the template an internal name, select the offer page configuration, and a contract offer with duration/payment method.
- Define the desired discounts and the validity period of the offer under Discount and Validity. → Please note: Discounts are possible at the level of the start package, membership fee, flat rates, and add-ons. Enter the amount of the discount, not the final price!
- Choose under Communication Templates the standard email and SMS templates to be used when sending.
- Enter a personal welcome text under Offer Web Page, which appears on the offer page.
Note: Subsequent changes to the template can directly affect still open offers!
Sending the Contract Offers
You have the option to send the offers from various points in Magicline:
- In the overview of prospect conversion (process phase or contact tracking) via "+" or the three-dot menu on the prospect card
- Via the Quick View of a prospect in the Offers tab
- In the prospect list under Incoming via the three-dot menu
- Directly under Leads / Conversion / Personalized Contract Offers
Ensure that the template is activated for the prospect's studio and contact details (email/phone) are provided.
When sending, you will see a summary of the offer and can adjust the validity in days.
Decide whether the sending should be via email and / or SMS. In the Webpage, Email, SMS tabs, you can personalize the pre-filled texts from the templates to make the offer more personal. The texts should be consistent in content. The system checks if the prospect has consented to communication – if this consent is missing, a warning will appear, but sending is still possible.
In principle, a prospect can receive several offers, but it is usually advisable to let old offers expire or be recalled before new ones are sent.
Tracking the Offers
You can find all sent offers and their status in the tracking list under Leads / Conversion / Personalized Contract Offers.
Possible statuses are:
- Sent, Received, Read, Error
- Offer opened
- Won, Expired, Withdrawn
For each status, the time of the last change is displayed. Via the three-dot menu, you have the option to withdraw an offer – then the Expired text that is stored in the configuration will appear on the offer webpage.
The Offer Web Page in Detail
Each offer receives a secure, individual link for the respective lead. The page is mobile-optimized and can also be used on desktop without any problems.
The structure is as follows:
- Personal Welcome Message: Stored in the offer template, can be personalized before sending
- The Offer:
- Selection of included modules (if available)
- Overview of services from the configuration of the contract offer
- Listing of granted discounts
- Selection of modules included in the offer (if available)

Form for entering contract data:
- Existing data of the prospect is pre-filled for an easier conclusion
- Contact details cannot be changed (offer not transferable)
- Selection of optional chargeable additional modules
- Services that the prospect can book
