How to change the stock level of your products
To change the stock level of your products in case of a product delivery, you need to manually adjust the stock level in the Magicline software. Follow these steps:
- Open your Magicline software and go to the location where the product is stored.
- Navigate to Settings / Product management / Products.
- Select the product: Choose the product for which you need to update the stock level.
- Click on the three-dot-menu of a variant of the product and choose Edit variant.
- Put a checkmark - if it hasn't been done yet - on Stockable - track the quantity of this product variant in stock.
- Manually input the new stock level to account for the delivered products. Save the changes to update the stock level.
