Configure collection partners:
- Go to Settings/Finance/Collections.
- Select a collection partner and configure the master data.
- Enable automatic transmission for claim returns.

Deactivate/switch collection partners
- Go to Settings/Finance/Collections.
- Select the active collection partner and click "Deactivate collection partner" or "Switch collection partner."
- Confirm the selection.

Manage collection runs:

- Go to Finance/Collection Runs.
- Select the period and the collection partner.
- Check the status of individual collection runs.

Configure collection partners
Under Settings / Finance / Collections, you can configure the collection partners of your studio. Add the necessary master data and enable automatic transmission (for MemberCash customers) for claim returns. This facilitates the debt collection process and improves efficiency. The displayed partners are activated and notified. Please note that you will receive confirmation of your partner's activation. Make sure your partner is also informed about the planned cooperation by you.
Deactivate/switch collection partners
If you want to deactivate your current collection partner, go to Settings / Finance / Collections and select the active collection partner. Click "Deactivate collection partner" and confirm the deactivation. Note that no new collection cases can be transferred until a new partner is activated.
If you want to switch your partner, click "Switch collection partner" in the menu. By activating the new partner, your currently active collection partner will be deactivated. You will continue to receive feedback on already transferred files from your previous collection partner. All new collection runs will be transferred to your new partner.
Manage collection runs
To manage collection runs in Magicline, navigate to Finance / Collection Runs. In this area, you will see an overview of the latest collection runs, including the start date, collection partner, number of members, and amount. Check the status of each run and the respective locations.
