Creating Collection Runs
To create a collection run, follow these steps:
- In the main menu, go to Finance / Dunning and debt collection run.
- The page has a toggle between the dunning view and the debt collection view. Switch to the debt collection view (header Debt collection runs) to see a preview of all members or an overview of past collection runs.
- Click Create collection run to start the process.
- Choose whether to include minors. If you manage multiple locations, you can select the respective location here.
- In the preview, you will see the date, the respective collection partner, the number of members, and the amount.
Collection Runs Overview
In the debt collection view, you can see an overview of all collection runs. This overview includes important information such as the status of the collection run, the handover date, the number of affected members, and the total amount.
Member Overview and Details
You can view details of individual members who have been handed over to collection by clicking on a specific collection run in the overview. Here, you will find relevant information such as the member number, name, and outstanding amount.
By consolidating dunning and collection runs into one menu item, you can make your financial operations more efficient and transparent. Make sure to carefully follow all steps to ensure correct processing.
Choosing a Collection Partner
You activate a debt collection partner under Settings / Finance / Debt Collection, where you can choose from a list of fully integrated partners and activate the one that suits you best. You can browse the growing range of available partners beforehand in the Marketplace.
