Where to find the Submission Export
After activating the Fiskaly Submission API via the Marketplace, a new button “Create Submission Export” will appear in the header area under
Finances Cash Registers [selected register] Exports for regulated registers.
Below that, you’ll find a table listing all created exports – including DSFinV-K exports and already created submission exports.
Create a Submission Export
Click the “Create Submission Export” button to start a new export process for the selected cash register.
As soon as you create the export, a new entry will appear in the overview table. This entry represents a so-called submission, which aggregates all necessary register data for transmission.
Review and submit the entry
In the context menu (the three dots next to the entry), you have two options:
- Review export: Download the export file to review the contained data yourself.
- Submit data: This initiates the transmission to Fiskaly.
Before transmission, a mandatory confirmation prompt appears. The transmission is only executed after your confirmation.
Check status and download data
After a successful transmission, the status of the entry will change to “Submission transmitted”.
If you would like to review the transmitted data again, click on Download in the context menu. This gives you access to the transmitted data for further verification or documentation.
