The information about the serial number of your cash register is encoded within the QR Code at the receipt. Please scan this code using the fiskaly App (available for iOS and Android), and find the number there.
The serial number in the fiskaly app
Alternatively, you can also find the serial number directly in the app of our fiscalization service provider, fiskaly. In the app, the required number is listed as "Client-ID". This Client-ID is identical to the "eAs serial number" requested by the authorities or your tax advisor.
