Overview of the affected areas
The new UI update exclusively affects the “Tasks” section in our Software. The following views have been modernized:
- Tasks
- My Tasks
- My Group Tasks
- Studio Tasks
- Without assignment
These areas now appear with a new, clean look and a modernized interface, without significant changes to functionality.
New dialog: Create Task
Instead of a simple input field, a structured dialog is now available when you click “Create Task”. Here you can clearly enter all necessary details:
- Task description (required field)
- Additional information (optional)
- Assignment type: e.g., “Employee”
- Responsible person: select from employees
- Due date
- Execution type: e.g., “Other”
The new window provides more clarity and structure when creating new tasks.
Improved table view (MUI table)
The list view of your tasks has been replaced by the so-called MUI table, which offers you the following advantages:
- Column filters for targeted search and sorting
- Modern UI design
- Faster navigation for large datasets
The new structure improves readability and filtering options while keeping all previous functions available.
Quick view remains unchanged
The familiar quick view via the side panel remains unchanged. When you click on a task, you can still view detailed information on the right side and make changes directly – just as before.
