Automatically set the legal representative as the recipient of all communications
With the new feature, it is now possible in the contract conclusion settings to define whether the legal representative should by default be the recipient of the member's communications. Furthermore, the sales tool is expanded with a checkbox for this process.

New feature in bulk editing: resend email confirmation requests
To optimize your member management and ensure data quality, we have integrated the option of email confirmation requests into bulk editing. This new feature allows you to easily send confirmation requests via file upload to members with still unconfirmed email addresses.
The system supports files with up to 50,000 lines. To ensure optimal performance, usage is limited to one successful processing per day. Once you start the process, the standard procedure applies: the member's email confirmation status changes to "Waiting for confirmation", an immediate request is sent, and after seven days an automatic reminder follows. If no response is received after 14 days, the status changes to "No confirmation received". Since these are operational messages, they are sent regardless of your members' advertising settings.

Extended user permissions for the cash register
We have expanded the permission management with the following authorizations: Count cash register, Discount on sales and cart, Sale of individual items, Return bottle deposit and Gift an item.

Removal of studio connections (MySports) for members
Studios can now independently remove their members' studio connections via MySports in the first tile under "Disconnect app".
