Schedule Offer Configurations for Specific Periods

Scheduling and managing time-limited offer configurations is now much easier. With the new configuration scheduling, you define which offer configuration should go live on which channel and when it should end again. Simply set the start and end date, select a successor configuration, and let the system automatically perform each switch. Ideal for new studio openings, seasonal campaigns, or temporary closures – all without manual switching on the deadline.

 

Bulk Editing for Writing Off Credits

We have introduced a new bulk editing feature that allows you to fully write off member credits based on their source without affecting the consumption credit. Easily filter credits by "source" (e.g., payments, refunds, manually created credits) or select "All" to clear the balances of member accounts.

 

Highlight Text Blocks in Contract Documents

Important information in your contracts deserves special attention. From now on, you can highlight additional text blocks in your contract documents with three formatting options: bold, framed, or both. When creating or editing a text block, simply choose the desired highlight, and the formatting will be automatically applied in the generated contract document. Whether cancellation policy, additional agreement, or health notice: this ensures your members immediately recognize the most important details at a glance.

Fast Finance Link – New Architecture with Branding & Dynamic Notices

The Fast Finance Link has been rebuilt on a new architecture and offers two key innovations: full branding customization and dynamic member communication.
Studios can now design the Fast Finance Link in their own studio colors, so it seamlessly matches their brand appearance. Additionally, the link displays context-dependent information based on the member's situation — for example, if an access block is shown or a new payment method needs to be provided, this is clearly visible so the member knows exactly what to do.
The configuration can be found under Settings → Finion Financial Solutions → FinionPay → Fast Finance Link.

 

Finion Pay Vending Compatibility Mode: Transmission of Original Price

Some vending machines only accept a fixed price list when dispensing and reject discounted amounts. This can cause problems if Magicline applies a different discount. The new compatibility mode ensures that the correct discounted amount is still charged, but the machine always receives the original price. This prevents dispensing errors on machines with strict price verification.

Required, among others, for BodyShake machines.

Landing Pages: Simplified Payment Processing at Contract Signing

The Connect API now supports a new generic frontend component (Universal Payment Component) that covers all available payment methods that can be used in payment processes. These include SEPA direct debit, credit card, as well as local payment methods such as BACS direct debit (UK), TWINT (CH), LSV+ and Postbank direct debit (CH), and ACH direct debit (US). The payment data provided by your member is securely captured via the Universal Payment Component and forwarded as a token. Sensitive bank or card data no longer need to be processed directly on the landing page. This makes the registration process easier and safer for members.

Adjustments in the Communication Menu

We are optimizing the communication area by introducing a new sub-section called Notifications. The view for notification rules is moving from the Administration area to this new section so you can find your settings faster. This is purely a structural adjustment without any impact on functionality – all your existing rules remain unchanged.

Some useful detail improvements ensure even smoother work:

  • Notification rule for the expiration of a bonus period
  • Consideration of public holidays when creating a payment run
  • New devices: QR reader DP8210BGD, Roger reader PRT66MF
  • Editing addresses for external employees (AD Sync)
  • Option to skip the preview when creating payment runs
  • Bulk editing to mark a member’s address as valid/invalid
