With the new section in the member account, users receive a transparent overview of their outstanding claims as well as suitable payment options – including a clear distinction between Finion Capital and Finion FairPay. This reduces inquiries to studios and support, while members can settle their outstanding amounts faster and more easily on their own.

Improved training progress and data transparency in Member & Branded Apps
For some users, the storage and adoption of training data were not clear. Therefore, before starting training, it is now possible to select which training data should be used. This creates greater transparency and more clarity so that progressive training is always possible.

Send group emails to course participants
We have developed a significant upgrade for course-based communication. Users can now send emails to all participants of a specific course or appointment with just a few clicks. This function enables studio staff to manage last-minute trainer changes or follow-up details directly via the appointment side panel in the calendar or course schedule.
The system we developed automatically filters out canceled participants and identifies invalid email addresses to ensure data quality. For members marked as "soft bounce" (e.g., unconfirmed emails or people on the waiting list), we have implemented a "Send anyway" function, allowing users to ensure that critical information is delivered despite minor status issues. This replaces the need for manual serial messages and creates a more efficient workflow within the system.
