Fast Lane
- Start a workout session in the Member App.
- In the pop-up “Select Workout Session”, choose one of the displayed past sessions (max. 2 + trainer version).
- Review the details of exercises, sets, and parameters (e.g., weights, repetitions).
- Optionally, check the box “Always use the last session” to skip the prompt.
- Confirm to load the selected session.
What is the Feature?
With this feature, members can decide before each workout which previous training data to use as a basis. This offers:
- Transparency: Clear overview of past sessions (date, exercises, sets, feedback).
- Consistency: Avoids manual re-entry of parameters (e.g., weights, times).
- Flexibility: Choice between multiple past sessions and the trainer version.
This feature is particularly useful for progressive training plans where members want to build on previous performances.
Prerequisites
The feature is available for:
- All gyms using the Member Platform (App/Web).
- Members who have completed at least one workout session in their plan.
- Active training plans with saved exercises/sets.
Note: The selection appears only if multiple sessions are available (e.g., previous sessions + trainer adjustments).
Select Previous Session
- Start Training: Open the training plan in the Member App and tap on the session you want to perform.

Pop-up “Select Workout Session”: Up to three options will appear:
- Previous Sessions: E.g., “13 minutes ago” or “01.01.2026” with details of exercises/sets.
- Trainer Version: “Latest Trainer Version (if the trainer has adjusted the plan).”

Review Details: Scroll down to see the complete training data of the selected session:
- All exercises with images.
- Sets, repetitions, weights, or times (e.g., “1st set: 10 x 50 kg”).
- Feedback (if available): Intensity and notes (e.g., “very strenuous”).
- Confirm Selection: Tap “Confirm” to load the session data.
Use Last Session by Default
If members want to always use the most recent data:
- Select the top option in the pop-up (usually “[Date] – [X] exercises”).
- Check the box “Always use the last session”.
- Confirm with “Confirm”.
Effect:
- The pop-up will no longer appear – the last session will be loaded automatically.
- The setting applies globally for all future workout sessions.
Change Settings
If members want to disable the automatic adoption:
- Open the profile settings in the Member App.
- Scroll to “Training Progress”.
- Disable the “Training Progress” toggle.
- Save the changes.
Note: After deactivation, the selection pop-up will appear before each workout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see all previous sessions?
Only a maximum of two previous sessions + the latest trainer version are displayed. Older sessions are not available.
Can I skip the trainer version?
Yes. The trainer version is displayed like a normal session – you can choose a previous member session instead.
Are my changes in the selected session saved?
Changes (e.g., higher weights) are only saved after saving the new session.
Why don't I see feedback on previous sessions?
Feedback (intensity/notes) is only displayed if the member filled in the data after the session.
