Quick guide:

1. Go to Settings / Membership management / Rates.
2. Select the desired rate
3. Click "Add term"
4. Fill in details
5. Save

Create term

After selecting a rate in Settings / Membership management / Rates you can add a term by clicking on "add term" or the + symbol.

In the new window you create the duration of your rate.

Extension of the membership

Here you have 3 options:

• no membership extension: the contract ends at the end of the term
• Membership extension: the contract will be renewed for the period indicated in the line below.
• Rata change: at the end of the term, the contract is changed to another tariff. It is used, for example, for promotional rates that change to a normal rate at the end of the promotional period.

Cancellation period

Enter the duration of the cancellation period here: how long your customers need to request cancellation of their contract in advance.

Freeze period configuration

Here you can select the duration of the rest period allowed with this rate. By default, only "Standard" is displayed, which corresponds to an unlimited amount of time.

Remind members about contract renewal

In some countries it is mandatory to inform members about the upcoming automatic renewal of their contract.
By checking this box, you can specify how far in advance Magicline must send an automatic email to your members to notify them.

Starter package

Enter here the amount of your start package. Upon signing the contract, the member will have to pay this registration fee as well as the pro-rated monthly payment.

Configuration of the replacement card

This is not a required field. You can make a configuration in case your members lose their membership cards. Here you can set the number of omissions allowed before replacement and the cost of replacement.

Utilization volume

Only for studios with an access control system. This setting allows you to limit access to your locations if you select "limited volume".

Duration of use

Only for studios with an access control system. You can choose here what the rate allows for access:

• one-time use
• fixed period
• whole day
