Creating your membership offers
After creating your rates (see here how to do it), you will have to create your membership offers.
What is the difference between the two?
Your rate represents your product and the membership offer represents its packaging. So, in the tariff, you define a duration and a price. With the contract offer, you have the possibility of associating additional modules, determining the possible means of payment for this contract, determining whether the offer has a fixed duration or not, etc.
To create your first contract offer, go to Settings > Membership signingt > Membership Offers.
In the top right-hand corner, click on Create a membership.
A pop-up window will open. Here, enter the name of your offer. For example BASIC.
To enter a different public name, check the box to clear the "Public name" field.
Enter a description. For example, "Access 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm, 6 or 12 months duration".
Click on "upload a picture" to customize the presentation of your offer.
Under "Assigned Tariff", click on the tariff to be associated with this offer.
Then determine whether the offer should have an unlimited duration (standard offer of your studio) or a limited duration (promotional offer).
Finally, tick the box(es) where you want your offer to be subscribed:

the Sales Tool: your in-house sales tool

your MySports.com page. This page can be public and accessible to your members and prospects if you integrate the URL into your website.

your online page (if Magicline offers this option). This page is public and accessible to your members and prospects via API integration into your website.
Note: if your offer is to be shared with other studios, click on the green button at the top right and give the corresponding rights to the desired studios.
Click on Save.
Configuring the offer
Now click on the line created in the name of your offer to open its details.
A red banner at the top draws your attention to the fact that there is no term in your offer.
Adding terms
To add a term, click on the "terms" tab and then on "add a term and a payment method".
Magicline will open a window in which you will see the different terms of the associated rate. Click on a term to add it.
Repeat this operation to add all the desired durations of your rate.
Adding modules
You can add free or paid modules, selectable or not.
For example :

a free locker service included in the subscription.
-
a nutrition service for X euros/month
-
the choice of a free service among two proposals
To add a free module included in the subscription:
Click on "Administration" tab and then "Add included modules" in the "Included free modules" box.
In the window that opens, click on the name of the module(s) to be added:
Save.
To modify or delete the modules, click on the three-dot menu in the box and "modify".
To add a free selectable module :
Click on "Add selectable modules" in the "Selectable free included modules" box.
Here, enter the modules you wish to offer for selection. Under "Number of selectable included modules", enter the number of modules that the member can add for free in their subscription. Here the customer can add only one module, either Drinks or Daycare.
Save.
To edit or delete modules, click on the three-dot menu in the square and "edit".
To add a chargeable module:
First click on the Terms tab.
you can add the paying modules to be proposed to your customers. To do this, click on "Add additional modules" in your first term.

Display options and change of contract
In the Administration tab you will find these three squares:
In "Offer options" you can choose the payment methods accepted for this subscription. If you have Magicline Payments, you can add the "credit card" option. To add or remove items, click on the three-dot menu in the right corner of the square.
In "Display Options", use the three-dot menu to change the "no" to "yes" to allow the prices of your rates and modules to be displayed online. By default, prices are not displayed.
In "Membership change" you can define under which conditions you accept a change of contract from this one to another and whether the initial costs should be skipped or not. Use the three-dot menu to change the items.
Discounts
You can allow discounts on your offer from the Discounts tab.
Seller options
In the "Seller options" box, you determine whether discounts (via the Sales Support Tool only) are possible. Leaving it at 0% means that no discounts are possible.
In our example, all coaches can put up to 100% discount on the basic contribution (the price of your fee), up to 50% discount on the registration fee and up to 40% discount on additional modules.
To block this entitlement to a number of specific employees, enter the name(s) under "Employees blocked for discount".
"Employees blocked for the belly" allows only the employee(s) entered in this field to sell this offer via the Sales Support Tool.
Company discounts
Here you can add a company discount. To do so, click on "Add a company discount".
Enter the proposed discount percentage.
Specify what this discount should be applied to by clicking on the "Applies on" drop-down menu. You can apply this discount to the whole subscription (main contract), to the registration fee, to the modules or to the packages.
Finally, enter for whom this discount is valid:

Single company: the names of the companies entered in Members > Partner companies are proposed to you. Click on the company concerned.

Multiple companies (company code): will apply to all companies with the same company code. These codes are created under Members > Company codes. Then assign the code to the companies under Members > Overview of companies.

All companies: no company code or name is required.
These discounts are only available via the Sales Support Tool. Online (MySports.com and API page), only full rates are offered.
You can change/delete your settings at any time by using the three-dot menu in the relevant square.
How do I check that the offer is published?
Sales tool
In the main menu, click on Leads and then Sales tool > New contract.
Your offer should appear here.
MySports.com
Click on MySports in the main menu and then on the URL of your page. Once your MySports.com page is open, go to the Memberships tab:
API page:
Click in the main menu on Settings, then Magicline website > Studio pages. In this page you will find the URL to your online pages. Click on it to open the link.
