What are services?
services are a central and powerful concept in the Magicline.
Here you define which free or paid additional offers you want to offer in your studio. From 10-person tickets to the solarium configuration to inclusive contingents for check-up appointments, any additional offers can be configured and priced. Services can be linked by you via inclusive contingent with tariffs and special modules or sold as an individual service directly via the cash register.
What types of services are there?
After you have chosen which service you want to offer in your studio, the respective service is configured and is then automatically usable and retrievable.
- Usage services: These are services that can be used spontaneously in the studio (beverage flatrate, sauna). They are posted manually to the member account or automatically via a device.
- Time services: services with minute-by-minute billing for interval-based devices (solarium). They will only be charged via a corresponding device.
- Appointment services: services that are defined by a duration and the required resources (nutritional advice, trial training, EMS training, etc.). They are available directly in the
appointment calendar in the quick selection and are automatically charged when appointments are assigned. - Check-in services: Day tickets that allow access to the studio; either once or as a 10-card, will be charged by a check-in of the interested party.
