1. Go to Settings / Services / Services.
2. Open the dropdown next to Create Appointment-based service (top right) and choose Create Usage-based service.
3. Fill in the fields.
4. Save.

Create a usage-based service

In the main menu go to Settings / Services / Services.

In the upper right corner, open the dropdown next to the Create Appointment-based service button and select Create Usage-based service.

A window opens where you fill in the fields describing the service. You can choose whether the service should be free or not. To allow online bookings for this service, set the Online booking field to Enabled. Finally, click Create.

Create an included contingent for this service

After creating your service, you can select it. This opens a detailed view of the service. In the header, Online booking approved shows whether the service is bookable online.

There you will find an Included contingent for members tile. You can add an included contingent using the three-dot menu or the Add included contingent button at the bottom of the tile.

In the new window you can determine whether your service is offered as a flat rate or whether a usage limit is tied to the included contingent. If there is a limit, specify how often this service can be used within the assigned rate/code or additional module.

Also specify for which rates/codes or additional modules this service is included as a contingent. At the end click Save.

Create a ticket offer for this service

If you want to sell this service on its own, you can create a ticket offer. To do that, click the three-dot menu of the Ticket offers tile and select Add ticket offer. You can also select the Add ticket offer button at the bottom of the tile.

Fill in the fields in the window.

You can specify whether this service should be available only once (one-time use) per day, several times (whole day) per day or only during a certain period. You can also specify whether this service should be available indefinitely or only during a certain period.

Create a device connection

By clicking the three-dot menu in the device tile, you can define what should happen when a person tries to book the service directly on the device (for example by holding a transponder in front of a turnstile).

Here you can set a price and payment options.

Create restrictions and additional options

In the Restrictions tile you can set restrictions for this service, for example in which studios this service is offered and whether there is a minimum age for it.

Create an online offer for this service

Under the Online booking tab you can set how the service is offered for sale online.

You can add images and descriptions and set a different price for online purchases.
