How to create a usage service

2. Click on "Create services" at the top right
3. Select usage service and confirm with continue
4. Fill in the fields.
5. Save

Create a usage service

In the main menu go to Settings and in the submenu to Services. In the submenu of services go to Services again.

Click the "Create service" button in the upper right corner. 

A new window with different categories of services will appear. In this window select the usage services and confirm your selection by clicking "Next".

A new window will appear where you will have to fill in the fields describing the service.

You can also choose whether this service should be free or not. Decide whether you want to allow online bookings for this service or not by checking the "Online booking allowed" box, if necessary. Finally, click on Save.

Create included contigent for this usage service

After creating your usage service, you can select your service. This will open a detailed view of the service.

There you will find a tile "included contigents for members". You can add an inclusive contingent using the three-point menu or the button at the bottom of the tile.

In the new window, you can determine whether your service is offered as a flat rate or whether a usage limit is tied to the included contingent. If there is a limit, specify how often this service can be used within the assigned rate/code or additional module.

Also specify for which rates/codes or additional modules this service is included as a quota. At the end click on Save.

Create a ticket offer for this service

If you want to sell this service on your own, you can create a card offer.
To do that, click on the three-dot menu of the "Ticket offers" tile and select "Add ticket offer". You can also select the "Add ticket offer" button at the bottom of the tile.

Fill in the fields in the window.

You can specify whether this service should be available only once (one-time use) per day, several times (whole day) per day or only during a certain period of time. You can also specify whether this service should be available indefinitely or only during a certain period of time.

Create device connection

By clicking on the three-dot menu in the device tile, you can define what should happen when a person tries to book the service directly on the device (e.g. by holding a transponder in front of a turnstile).

Here you can set a price and payment options.

Create restrictions and additional options

In the "Restrictions" tiles you can set restrictions for this service, e.g. in which studios this service is offered and if there is a minimum age for this service.

Create online offer for this service

Under the tab" Online booking" you can set how the services will be offered for sale online.

You can add images and descriptions and set a different price for online purchases.
