Binding contract basis
All contract terms are exclusively set out in your written contract documents. Verbal supplementary agreements are not binding.
Minimum term and automatic renewal
Unless a different arrangement is specified in your contract, the following applies:
- The minimum contract term is 12 months.
- After the initial term, the contract automatically renews for further 12-month periods.
- Cancellation must be submitted with one month's notice before the end of the current contract term.
