Required information
To submit a cancellation, please provide the following details:
- Account number
- Requested cancellation date
- Reason for cancellation
Notice periods and contract duration
The minimum contract term is 12 months. After the initial term, the contract automatically renews for further 12-month periods unless cancelled with one month's notice before the end of the current term.
The binding terms are set out in your contract documents.
Impact on billing
If a retroactive contribution is active at the time of cancellation, you will receive a final invoice. Any outstanding amounts will continue to be subject to dunning independently.
Confirmation and processing
You will receive a confirmation by email. Your cancellation will be processed before the contract end date or the relevant billing run.
