What the MemberCash Dunning dashboard shows
The MemberCash Dunning dashboard gives you a live overview of all members who currently have an open collection case with MemberCash. For each member you can see the open claims, the reason for the purchase restriction, and the current collection state, so you can spot open cases and follow up with the member.
At the top of the dashboard you see four key figures:
- Affected members - the number of members with an active dunning case.
- Principal claims - the total of the open principal claims.
- Membership fee - the total fee amount.
- Open - the outstanding amount (principal plus fees minus payments).
Before you start
- Permission: you need the MemberCash Widget in Member Account permission. Although the permission is named after the widget in the member account, it also controls access to this dashboard.
- The dashboard only lists members who use MemberCash, so it is relevant once MemberCash is set up for your organization.
Where to find the dashboard
Open Finance / MemberCash Dunning. The entry is marked as New in the menu.
