Create a training plan from the member's profile
Under Members, select a member within your Magicline for whom you want to create a training plan. From the member profile menu, click Training plans in the Training category. You are now in the training plan list of the selected member.

Then click on Create training plan in the top right corner, whereupon you will see the title of the training plan, the training goal, the trainer, as well as the duration of the training plan. You can also upload an individual picture for the training plan, which will then be displayed in the MySports app. You can choose between Unlimited and Fixed duration for the duration of the plan. An unlimited training plan can be trained without a time limit, whereas a fixed duration training plan is only valid for a certain period of time (e.g. 8 weeks). In addition, you can add a description text if you want to provide the member with more information or explanations about the training plan. This text is displayed to the member on the training plan detail page within the MySports app. Confirm your entries by clicking Save.
After entering the training plan details, you will now be taken to the training plan construction kit. The first training unit of the training plan is already opened and is named Unit A as an example. However, you can change the name of the training session. Simply click in the text field and enter the desired name.
By clicking the plus button next to Unit A you create another training unit for this training plan. You can either delete or duplicate a training session using the three-dot menu next to it. The latter allows you to quickly duplicate a training session and is particularly useful if the same (or similar) training session is to be trained several times a week. This saves you work and time.
Search exercises in the database
When you have set the desired number of training sessions, you can start adding exercises to the training plan. On the right side under Exercises you can see all the exercises available to you. You can use the search function to enter the name of the desired exercise directly. Alternatively, you can only display exercises for a specific muscle group (chest, shoulders, legs, etc.) or a specific exercise type (barbell, kettlebell, strength equipment/machine, etc.). To do this, click on the filter symbol next to the search line and select your desired search option.
Clicking on an exercise opens the exercise detail window. Here you can see more information about the exercise along with an exercise video to make sure it's the right one for you or your member. In addition to the trained muscles, you can see the exercise types, the group to which the exercise was assigned and an exercise description, divided into preparation and execution, as well as tips for performing the exercise, if applicable.
Add exercises to training session and set load parameters
In the opened exercise detail window, you can click on Add to unit in the selected exercise, to submit training session. You can also drag and drop the exercise directly from the database into a training session of your choice. The desired training session does not have to be open for this - it is sufficient if you move the cursor over the title of the training session and drop the exercise there.
All exercises have parameters that you can use to define the load. The default parameters can be changed using the drop-down menu in the parameter column. Then enter the desired number of repetitions and kilograms for strength exercises or the duration for cardio exercises in the respective field in the Target column. You can add more sentences using the plus symbol. The pause time is currently preset at 60 seconds, but it can of course be adjusted individually. Simply click in the field provided and enter the length of the break.
If you want to add a comment to the exercise for your member, click Add comment under the exercise name. In the text field you can then, for example, store individual information about the exercise, which is then displayed to the member in the MySports app on the exercise detail page.
Change order of sessions and exercises
If you want to change the arrangement of the training sessions within the plan, you can also simply drag and drop them around. The exercises remain included in the respective training unit.
You can also change the order of the exercises using drag-and-drop. If you click and hold the exercise on the left in the line, it will be highlighted and can be moved as you like. You can also move exercises to other units.
Save training plan and view on overview page
If you are satisfied with your training plan, you can save it with Publish and assign it to the selected member. The training plan is then visible to the member in the MySports app, provided they have already connected to your studio.
If you just want to save the current state and continue working on the plan later, click on save draft. You can see the status of the training plan in the list of training plans in the member profile. You can later edit or delete the draft using the three-dots menu.
After saving the training plan, you will be redirected to the overview page. The training plan details, all training units and the selected exercises including the load parameters are summarized here.
Adjustment of training plan
The saved training plan is now visible in the list of all training plans for the member and can be opened again with a simple click. If you see on the overview page that you want to adjust the plan, you can do so using the three-point menu at the top right. There you can choose whether you want to customize the training plan details (title, description, duration, image) or the content of the plan (training sessions, exercises, load parameters). You will then return to the corresponding field for changing the data.
