Enter Services in the Windows search

Start the Services menu with a right click and Run as Administrator.

A new window will open.

Search for Gat.Direct.Connect click restart (left menu)

Search for MagiclineDeviceManger click restart (left menu)

Search for MagiclineUpdater click restart (left menu)

Reload the Magicline DeviceManager page in your web browser Ctrl + F5.

The status dot should light up green again.
