DeviceManager can’t connect - "unable to authenticate"

In this article we explain what you can do if DeviceManager responds with "Unable to authenticate".

1. Check if it is a typing error.

   1. In 90% of all cases it is a wrong name or password.

2. If your input is correct: Check if it is the latest DeviceManager version. Always download DeviceManager first. Never install an existing and older file that you have found on your PC.
