In this article we explain what you can do if your device shows the message "Out of order".
Check the color of the status dots in the Magicline DeviceManager menu.
Settings / Access Control / DeviceManager
- If the first dot in the upper left corner is green and only the dots in front of each device are red, the DeviceManager software is working properly.
- Please refer to the Devices Troubleshooting section.
- If the dot in the upper left corner is red and there is an old date in "Last seen", your DeviceManager software has a problem.
