Click on the 3-dot cash register menu and then on Operating Expenses

Entering operating expenses in the cash register
You have the option to make cash withdrawals from your till as operating expenses. To accomplish this, open the cash register by clicking on the main menu Sales. Then click on the three-dot sign to the right of your till name.
A drop-down menu appears. Click on the Operating Expenses button.
In the field “Document number” you can enter the invoice number that justifies this expense.
You also have the possibility to add a description.
After entering the amount of the expense, the new cash balance is displayed at the bottom of the window.
Save.
