What Finion Pay can do
1. Recurring payments
Membership fees fall under so-called recurring payments. Your members can pay these conveniently with SEPA Direct Debit. All major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, are available to them as well.
2. One-time payments
With online payments and payment links, your members have modern and convenient payment methods for one-time payments. For example, your member can settle outstanding debts, buy consumption credit, or book classes conveniently by credit card or PayPal.
3. Card terminal payments
Finion Pay allows you to offer cashless payments via a card terminal in your studio, directly linked to your software. So if a member forgets their cash, they can easily pay with major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. The card reader is fully integrated into your digital cash register.
Automate receivables with Fast Finance Link
Fast Finance Link is a receivables management tool that automates debt recovery and streamlines the payment experience for both you and your members. Instead of manual follow-up, the system identifies accounts with outstanding balances or invalid payment data and automatically sends the member a link to resolve the issue themselves, for example by paying instantly with a credit card or PayPal, or by updating their Direct Debit details.
Fast Finance Link can also be triggered automatically from your chatbot configuration. You configure the communication template, styling, and behavior for Fast Finance Link under Settings / Finion Financial Solutions / Finion Pay / Fast Finance Link.
