Prerequisites
- Finion Pay must be active. Here you can learn how to activate Finion Pay.
- Permission: Settings / Resources / Roles / Create, regenerate, and deactivate Fast-Finance Link in member account
Note on the May 2026 relaunch: The Fast-Finance Link no longer depends on MySports. Configuration now happens directly in your Finion Pay settings.
Configuration path
Settings / Finion Financial Solutions / Finion Pay / Fast Finance Link
The overview page shows all Fast-Finance Links configured for your studio. You can:
- maintain multiple Fast-Finance Links side by side, for example with different configurations per studio whitelist
- set each link to Active or Inactive
- create a new link via Create Fast Finance Link in the top right corner
Click a link in the list to open its detailed configuration. The configuration is split into three areas: Enabled functions, Communication, and Styling and color configuration.
Enabled functions
In this area you decide which steps the Fast-Finance Link supports and which payment methods members may use.
Active steps and their order:
- Settle open claims → Update payment method: The member first settles all open claims and is then prompted to update their payment method. (recommended)
- Settle open claims only: The link is used solely to settle open claims.
- Update payment method → Settle open claims: The member first stores a new payment method and can then settle any open claims.
- Update payment method only: The link only updates the payment method on the member account.
- Disabled: The link offers no functionality when opened.
Available payment methods: Choose which payment methods are offered in the update flow — cash, bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card. For direct debit and credit card, the member enters their payment details directly in the flow.
Members can update their payment method: Here you decide when the link is available to members for updating their payment method:
- Always: Members can update their payment method via the link at any time.
- Only if no valid payment method is on file: Members can update their payment method only if no payment method is currently on file or the existing payment method is invalid (for example, after a chargeback).
Changes require studio approval: When active, the studio must approve every change via a task before it takes effect.
Online payment fee: The percentage members pay on top when paying online. Default is 0%.
Direct debit mandate signature required (SEPA / ACH only): When active, the member must sign the mandate inside the flow.
Reset entrance restrictions after successful change: If the member completes the flow successfully and has an entrance restriction, it can be removed automatically — the studio then charges the member in the next payment run and the member can continue training.
Reset only if dunning level is …: Entrance restrictions are removed only if the member's dunning level meets the conditions configured in the studio.
Communication
In the Communication area you connect the Fast-Finance Link with your templates and notification rules.
Template for manual sendout in member account: From the member account you can send the member an email with the Fast-Finance Link. Select the invalid-payment-method template here (template name depends on your studio configuration).
Notification rule status: Activate the rule for invalidated contract payment methods so that members are notified automatically when events such as chargebacks occur.
To activate the rule:
- Open Communication / Notification rules.
- Set the status to Active.
- Click Add notification rule in the top right corner and select the matching event.
Communication template: Select the email template used for outgoing notifications.
Placeholders in templates: The placeholders #FastFinanceLink and #FastFinanceLinkQrCode can be used in templates without further configuration. Use the placeholder as a hyperlink behind any link text to avoid long URLs in the message.
Styling and color configuration
With the May 2026 relaunch, you can adapt every Fast-Finance Link to your studio branding. All colors are entered as hex values (for example, #181D1E). The configuration is split into five areas:

Dynamic notices for members
The relaunched Fast-Finance Link automatically shows your members context-aware information directly in the payment flow. These notices are generated by the system and cannot be configured individually. Members always know which action is required:
- If an entrance restriction is active, that is communicated clearly.
- If a new payment method is required, the member is told specifically.
Actions in the member account
In the Payment methods area of the member account, you can open the Fast-Finance Link from the context menu of the payment method tile. There you can:
- view the configuration
- send a template email to the member
- copy the link or the QR code
- deactivate or regenerate the link for an individual member
- jump directly to the settings, if you have permission
Create payment link: This action creates a link for settling open claims only. You can either offer all open claims or select individual ones. The action is visible when all three conditions are met:
- Payment is enabled in the link settings
- Finion Pay is active in the studio
- You have permission for the Fast-Finance Link
Payment link for invoices
You can also create a payment link for individual invoices via the context menu. The same visibility conditions apply as for open claims.
