With our digital payment service, Finion Pay, you can process payments online and/or through a card terminal. Activation is quick and completed in just a few steps.
Requirements for activating Finion Pay
You cannot activate the Finion Pay payment service if you are using a Magicline demo version.
Additionally, the service is currently available only in the following countries:

Activation of Finion Pay
First, go to the Magicline marketplace and click on "Finion Pay" to select "Activate now."
In the dialog box that follows, select "Create a new account" under "How would you like to sign in?"
Note: If you operate multiple studios under the same legal entity (e.g., Fitness GmbH with locations in Hamburg, Munich, and Cologne), you only need to activate Finion Pay for one studio (e.g., Hamburg). You can enable the other studios (e.g., Munich and Cologne) for the existing account. More information is available in this article.
Enter your contact details, which are required for activation with our technical service provider Adyen. Please specify if you have a business bank account, as the service cannot be offered for private accounts due to regulatory reasons.
If desired, you can specify the websites where you want to integrate credit card payments. Integration works out-of-the-box for the MySports website. For your own websites, list them here. Additional websites can be added later by contacting our customer service.
If you wish to order a card terminal, check the option "I want to order a card terminal" and fill out the required information. The terminal will be sent to you as soon as activation is complete.
You will receive an email the next business day with detailed instructions on the next steps. Additionally, you can find the guide here.
After completing all the steps, please inform us to finalize the activation process. This typically takes about 2-3 business days. We will notify you once you can start processing transactions.
Finion Pay uses the payment infrastructure provided by the technical service provider Adyen.
Ordering a card terminal later
Ordering through the marketplace
To order a card terminal, go to the Marketplace and select Finion Pay. Then, click "Order card terminal" at the top right.
Fill out the form and click "Confirm."
Ordering through settings
Navigate to Settings / Cash Register / Card Terminal, and use the three-dot menu at the top right to select "Order card terminal." Fill out the form.
The card terminal will arrive within a few business days.
