With the digital payment service Finion Pay you can let your members do payments online and/or via a card terminal. Activation is quick and takes just a few steps.

Requirements for the activation of Finion Pay

You cannot activate the Finion Pay payment service if you are using a Magicline demo version.

Activation of Finion Pay

First go to the App Store of your Magicline and click on the button "Activate now" at "Finion Pay".

In the following dialog, select the option "Create new account" under "How would you like to sign up?".

Note: If you run several studios under the same legal entity (e.g. Fitness GmbH with locations in Hamburg, Munich and Cologne) you only need to activate Magicline Payments for one studio (e.g. Hamburg) and can activate the other studios (e.g. Munich and Cologne) for the existing account. To do that, select "Use existing account" and select the account that has already been activated.

Please indicate here if you have a business bank account. For regulatory reasons, we cannot offer the service for private accounts.

You can also specify here on which websites you want to integrate the credit card payment. For the MySports Website, the integration works out-of-the-box. You can also add more websites afterwards by contacting our customer service.

You can also order a card terminal if you wish. To do so, check the box "I would like to order a card terminal" and fill in the additional information. We will send you the terminal as soon as it is activated.

You will receive an email from us the next business day detailing the next steps. Here you can also find the guide.

As soon as you have completed the next steps, please inform us so that we can complete your activation. The whole process will take about 2-3 business days. We will inform you as soon as you can make your first transactions.

Finion Pay uses the payment infrastructure of the technical service provider Adyen to provide its service.

Order a card terminal afterwards

To order a card terminal, go to the App Store and then on to Finion Pay. Now click on Order card terminal in the upper right corner. To continue, fill in the form and click on Confirm.
