The Magicline Help Center is divided into different sections to help you find information.
What is the best way to search?
Use the section name within the Magicline and make sure you spell it correctly. Whole sentences are not always helpful in the search mask, we recommend a keyword search.

Sometimes it takes more! How do you start a chat?
Click the Help icon ("?") in the top bar to open the Contextual Helper info popover. It only explains how the feature works: "Quickly receive help anywhere by using the keyboard shortcut and clicking on any element in your software." Here's how to actually use it:
- Hold Alt (or Option on Mac) and click on any element on the page.
- A Contextual Helper panel opens on the right side of the screen with an AI-generated answer about that specific element, plus an Ask MagicAI button if you want to dig deeper.
- Still stuck? Click Didn't find what you were looking for? at the bottom of the panel.
- This opens live chat in the bottom-left corner of the screen, where you can talk directly to our Customer Success team. (Depending on your studio's setup, you may see a support request form here instead of live chat.)
