Where to find recorded times of employees
To access the recorded working times of your employees, navigate in the Magicline System to Resources and then to Time Tracking. Here you will find the section Conflict Cases.
In the overview, you can see the open or all conflict cases within a specific time frame. You can adjust this time frame using the filter at the top right. Now, the conflict cases, where working times may need review, are listed.
In the table, you will find all information about the scheduled working times of the shift, the recorded times, and a comparison of scheduled and actual times. At the end of each row, you can see whether approval is still pending, the status of the conflict case, and additional notes.
How to make changes to recorded times
Once you are in the Conflict Cases section, you can see specific entries of the working times. To edit an entry:
- Click on the three-dot menu next to the respective working time.
- Select Edit Entry from the menu that opens.
This opens an edit window where you can change the recorded times.
Here you can adjust the start and end times and add additional notes to this time block. After making changes, you can either save the data or save and approve the conflict case at the same time. If approved, the conflict case will be closed and no longer displayed under open conflict cases.
This function allows you to manage working times accurately and ensure that all data is correctly recorded.
