Overview of conflict cases
To view and edit conflicts in your employees' time tracking, go to Resources / Time Tracking / Overview of conflicts.
A conflict arises whenever an employee's target working time does not match the recorded actual working time.
In the overview, use the tabs to switch between only the open (Pending) conflicts or all conflicts, and use the filter at the top right to adjust the period shown.
The table lists the shift's target working time and the recorded actual working time. The Approval column shows the conflict's approval status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected & resetted), and the Status column shows separately whether the target working time was reached, for example Not reached.
Approve or reject conflict cases
Open the three-dot menu at the end of a row to approve or reject the conflict.
To approve the conflict, click Approve conflict. The recorded actual working time is transferred to the employee's time account, for example, any overtime worked is added.
To reject the conflict, click Reset to should time & approve. The working time is reset to the scheduled target working time from the shift plan, and that value is transferred to the employee's time account.
Revoke a conflict decision
If a conflict was approved or rejected by mistake, open the three-dot menu for that row again and click Revoke conflict approval. The conflict is set back to Pending so it can be reviewed again.
