Evaluation of recorded working times and absences
To evaluate your employee time tracking, go to Resources/Time Tracking/History in your Magicline.
In the first tab " Tracked working hours " you can see all time tracking entries within a certain period of time. You can use the filter at the top right to adjust this period.
The recorded time for each employee is displayed under "Actual" and the working time scheduled according to the shift plan under "Target". The total planned and actual working hours of all employees are displayed at the top.
In the " Absences " tab, all recorded absences within a certain period of time are displayed.
Add, edit and delete entries
To manually add a new time tracking entry, click on " Add time tracking entry " in the upper right corner.
You can delete or edit the entry via the three-point menu in the column for the respective employee. You can also display a processing history for the respective entry or add an absence for the respective employee.
Evaluation at employee level
To view all of an employee's time tracking entries, simply click on the line for the desired employee in the overview.
Export to Excel
You can export the time tracking of all employees as well as that of individual employees as an Excel file by using the three-point menu or the button at the top right and then selecting the desired period.
