Enable Automatic Class Cancellation
In this step, you enable the feature for automatic class cancellation. Go to the class settings and check the box for "Automatic Class Cancellation".
Set Minimum Number of Participants
After enabling automatic cancellation, you need to set the minimum number of participants. This is the minimum number of participants required for the class to take place.
Determine the Time for Class Cancellation
Here, you set how long before the class starts the cancellation should occur if the minimum number of participants is not reached. The default setting is 4 hours, but this can be adjusted. Note that entering 0 minutes or hours is not allowed. The minimum time for cancellation is 30 minutes and the maximum time is 7 days.
Editing the conditions for automatic cancellation afterwards
You can also edit the settings afterwards. Click on the class for a quick view or on the three dots on the right side of the class and select the option to edit:

If the set minimum number of participants is not reached by the specified time, the class will be automatically cancelled. This will also be displayed in the class overview.

- Default values: The default settings are 5 minimum participants and a cancellation period of 4 hours.
- Input restrictions: Entries of 0 minutes or hours are not allowed. However, 0 participants are allowed.
- Time frame: The minimum time span for cancellation is 30 minutes and the maximum is 7 days. The dropdown values for time settings include minutes, hours, and days.
