Quick guide:
Usage configurations — set up a usage configuration — restrictions:
- Go to: Settings / Services / Usage configuration
- Edit the Restrictions for Usage configurations
- Add a Usage configuration rule to a Service
You can set up usage configurations to define how often certain services (e.g., solarium) can be used within a certain period of time.
How you can create and adjust Usage configurations for your Services
To create these new rules for the use of services, you can go to Settings / Services / Usage configuration. Then click on Create usage configuration and name the restriction rule you want to apply. You can also specify the locations for which this restriction should be available (see the green locations button in the right upper corner).
Restrictions for Usage configurations
Using the three-dot-menu at the top right in the Restrictions or simply at the bottom of the section, you can now click on Edit restrictions and define how frequently this configuration should allow the use of the service. To do this, activate the corresponding checkbox for the interval that you need, and then you can change the number using the arrows. For example, According to the Radiation Ordinance (German law for solarium use), the following restrictions apply:
- 1x per day
- 3 times a week
- 10x per month
- 50x per year
These restrictions are independent of the existing quotas. In the Further options tile, you can activate the Overall group of users checkbox.
Add a Usage configuration to a Service
Now you can assign the Usage configurations to existing services. To achieve this, go to Services and click on the relevant service. You can then add the Usage configuration via Edit information.
The created usage configuration can be assigned to any number of services. When creating a new service, you can add the configuration during the creation process.
