What are additional participants?
Additional participants are those who are added beyond the regular slots. So even if 100 participants are added, the original 10 slots are still bookable.
Background information on additional participants
Additional participants are used for walk-in classes. In these classes, the trainer can simply count the number of participants and add them to the class without needing to add their names.
Whether before (for planning) or after the class, you can add the number of unregistered participants. This number is then added to the count of already registered participants, allowing for a more accurate tracking of the actual attendance for the session.
To do this, first go to the Appointments in your Magicline and open the corresponding event. Then go to the "Participants" tab and click on"Add additional participants" in the three-point menu.
In the following dialog you can now enter and save the number of additional course participants.
By using this feature, you can increase the flexibility of your course management and ensure that all participants are recorded, even if they decide to join spontaneously.
