This article explains the process of migrating credit card information from third-party systems into Magicline / PerfectGym. This is needed if you use credit cards for charging recurring fees from your members, such as membership fees.
Finion Pay enables you to take over existing credit card information so that you can continue using them in your new Magicline / PerfectGym instance.
Finion Pay uses PCI-compliant Payment Service Providers in the background. Credit card information will be exchanged between your old Payment Service Provider and our Payment Service Provider. This ensures that neither we nor the studio can see the sensitive credit card data in raw format.

Overview of steps:
Prerequisites
- Request a token migration with your key account manager as early as possible but at least 4 weeks before migration. We will initiate the creation of a new merchant account with our Payment Service Provider.
- The KYC process must be completed, and the merchant account with our Payment Service Provider must be created.
Request and Share the Export
- Request an export of all credit card data from your payment service provider based on the following requirements:
- The data must be exported as CSV file: Adyen Migration Data Format
- The CSV file must be encrypted via PGP Encryption using the Generic public key: Adyen PGP Key
- Include the technical contact in CC in your email so that we can assist in case of any questions: mlpayments@magicline.com
- Share the encrypted export file with us.
Next Steps
- We will validate the shared file with our Payment Service Provider.
- Upon importing your studio data into Magicline, your members who are currently debited using a credit card will have a credit card in the status “Waiting for confirmation”.
- Our Payment Service Provider will import the credit card data and supply us with a new token. The token will be synced into your system, and the credit cards in the member accounts will change to the status “Confirmed”.
- Now you can proceed with the first credit card payment run.
