Fast lane
- View sales: Go to Finances / Vending Machines to see a detailed overview of all transactions.
- Export data: Use the export function in the sales overview or in the Tax Advisor Portal for your accounting.
- Refund purchase: Find the corresponding sale in the list, open the context menu, and select "Refund Purchase".
- Stock: The stock level is automatically reduced for sales and increased again for refunds.
View and export sales
All transactions made through your vending machine are recorded centrally and in real-time in your in your software.
Sales Overview
You can find a complete list of all sales under Finances / Vending Machines. In this view, you have several options:
- Multi-site view: Display sales from multiple locations at the same time.
- Filter and Search: Filter the list by various criteria such as date, member, or payment reference to quickly find the desired transaction.
- Data Export: Export the displayed list as an Excel or CSV file for your records at any time.
Exports for Accounting
For seamless accounting, the sales data is also integrated into the Tax Advisor Portal. Navigate to Finances / Tax Advisor Portal to create special export lists containing all relevant data.
Refund payments and reverse sales
If needed, you can easily and directly reverse a sale from within your software.
- Go to Finances / Vending Machines and find the sale you want to refund.
- Click on the context menu of the corresponding transaction and select the "Refund Purchase" option.
Our software will then automatically initiate the refund. The type of credit depends on the original payment method:
- Card payment: The amount is credited directly back to the card originally used (e.g., credit card).
- Consumption credit: The member's consumption credit is topped up by the corresponding amount.
- Direct debit: An outstanding claim in the member's account is canceled.
Stock management
If you use the internal stock management feature for your products, it will be automatically managed by the vending machine.
- On a sale: Every sale of a product defined as "stockable" automatically reduces the stock in Magicline by one unit. This happens regardless of the payment method.
- On a refund: When a sale is reversed, your software also automatically increases the stock for the corresponding product by one unit.
