For some time now, we have been working behind the scenes to make Magicline even easier and more intuitive for you. Discover the new design in the cash register and check-in with the option to switch back to the classic view at any time! Currently, the new design is only available in certain areas, but we plan to gradually roll it out across the entire platform. We look forward to your feedback!
Finance Cockpit
Keep an eye on the financial health of your studio – with the brand new Finance Cockpit in Magicline.
This dashboard is your financial fitness coach and shows you a clear score (0–100%) as well as personal tasks based on the individual configuration and data of your studio. This way, you can improve your payment receipts and reduce manual effort.
What it includes:
Financial Health Score – see immediately how fit your studio's finances are.
Concrete tasks – from dunning runs to activating a collection agency partner: every task helps you take your processes to the next level.
Smart prioritization – the most important open tasks are highlighted so you know where to start.
Direct actions – complete tasks with just one click: configure, activate or connect services – directly from the dashboard.

Two new premium features available for Branded Apps
Branded App customers can now enable exercise notes and automatic class booking in their Branded App configuration. This allows their members to easily create and later view notes on all exercises during training or book regularly occurring classes in advance.
Minor adjustments
Some useful detail improvements ensure even smoother work:
- Implementation of the address formats available in Magicline also in the ML app
- Display of all available payment methods on MySports Web
- Automatic update of the online status of devices (Manager) without manual refresh
- Adding the option to give a name to the payment method
- Implementation of a comprehensive consumption credit export
- Introduction of a change log in the voucher configuration
- Option for a studio-wide price for additional modules and flat rates
- Option for a contribution adjustment for additional modules and flat rates
- Adding information on the impact of contract pause time on existing memberships
