- Open the member's file
- Click on blue "Add COVID certificate” button in first widget
- Select type & date and save

With this feature, we enable you to add certificates to members manually in a simple and uncomplicated way. Any member of staff with the appropriate authorization can edit, save and later view the certificates, and no member can enter your studio without a valid COVID certificate.

Add certificates to members
The next step is to deposit the COVID certificates manually. To do this, go to Members and search for the desired member.
COVID certificates can be added directly via the member's file in the first widget via the three- dot icon. Select a type:
- Recovered
- Fully vaccinated
- First vaccination
and add the vaccination date.
By saving the COVID certificate, the member gains access to the studio (if the certificate is valid). In the overview, you can see the validity of the certificate and when access to your studio is possible. To delete a certificate, go to the appropriate member and select the certificate you want to delete.
Add COVID test certificate
Adding a COVID test certificate is done directly through the check-in modal, allowing for quick processing of these.
To do this, select the member to be checked in the check-in area. If the member does not yet have an active certificate, your staff will see a warning message. By simply clicking on "COVID test certificate checked” the test certificate will be added to the member, and they will be granted access to the studio.
If an active certificate has already been stored, your employees will also see this in the COVID certificate widget.
As soon as an active certificate is added to the member, the warning disappears. In addition, the status and the options for checking in are updated.
If you want to activate the entrance for your member, just deposit the COVID test certificate and click on “Cancel”. If you want to check in your member manually, you can do this directly via the option “Check in”.
