How to use COVID certificates as an access criterion for members

Activate access restrictions for non-COVID certificate holders:
- Go to: Settings / Access Control / General
- Select the three-dot menu
- Set it up according to your needs

When this feature is activated, no member without a valid COVID certificate can enter your studio independently, i.e., through an access control with a valid access medium. The doors, turnstiles and other access routes remain locked, even with an active membership.
Activate and set access restrictions
To activate the access restrictions for non-COVID certificate holders, go to Settings / Access Control / General and click on “Edit maximum validity of COVID certificates” via the three dot menu under "maximum validity of COVID certificates". Activate the configuration in the dropdown. Based on the current validity rules, assign the corresponding durations (From when is the official protection valid / How long is the protection valid?). If the “first vaccination” is not relevant in your country, simply leave the fields empty / you will not see the option.
After saving, the COVID certificate restriction is active. In the overview, you can see which configuration you have stored for the different types.
Attention: From now on, only members with the appropriate certificates can enter the studio.
