Order Card Terminal in the App Store
To order a card terminal, go to the App Store and then proceed to Finion Pay. Click on Order Card Terminal at the top right.
Now fill out the form and click Confirm.
What to Do if a Card Terminal is Defective?
If one of your card terminals is defective, you can easily exchange it. Just write to our Customer Service via email.
Please provide us with the information on the following points in the email:
- Detailed description of the problem
- Serial number of the defective terminal
- Address for the exchange (where the device will be picked up and the new device delivered)
- Name, email, and phone number of the local contact person
- Studio address (for correct assignment of the terminal to the deployment location)
You will then receive a return label for the defective device and a new card terminal will be sent to you.
Important notice for returns from non-Schengen countries:
If you wish to return a POS terminal from a country outside the Schengen Area, please note that customs documents are required to ensure smooth delivery. These documents must be completed by you as the customer. Otherwise, delays and additional costs may occur, as the shipment will be held by customs and must be picked up by us in person. Therefore, please check with your shipping provider in advance about the specific customs regulations and required documents for your country.
Cancel Card Terminal
If you would like to cancel a card terminal, please send an e-mail to our customer service team at mlpayments@magicline.com. Then send the terminal to the address below and as soon as we have received the terminal, the rental will be automatically canceled at the earliest possible date.
