A catalog plan is a standardized and generic training plan that you can provide to your members in the MySports app. You can thus ensure that all members feel well taken care of without having to create an individual training plan for each member. Members can independently choose the plans you create and activate them within the app. It contains a framework for members to follow without individual details such as training weight.
Create catalog plans
To create catalog plans or manage existing ones, open the Training world menu item in your Magicline. Then click on Catalog Plans under the Training Plans menu item. In the list that now appears, all catalog plans of your studio are listed.
Click on Create catalog plan (top right of the page) to start the creation of the catalog plan. Now the same process follows as when creating an individual training plan for a member. First, the training plan details (title of the catalog plan, description text, trainer and duration) are defined.
In the training plan builder you now create the training plan as usual. In contrast to a normal training plan, there is no need to specify, for example, the training weight, because it is selected individually by the member who has activated catalog plan by himself. For this reason, certain parameters cannot be edited in the training plan construction kit and are therefore grayed out. In this case, only the sets to be completed and the number of repetitions are displayed in the MySports app. Like normal training plans, catalog plans can also be saved as a draft to continue editing at a later time.
For a detailed explanation of how to create training plans, see Create Training Plans.
Search catalog plans
Within the list of catalog plans you have several search options. You can enter the title of the plan or filter by the duration of the training plan or the number of training sessions per week. In addition, you can use the checkbox on the right to specify whether catalog plans with the status Draft should also be displayed.
Activate and deactivate catalog plans
Catalog plans that have been created are initially assigned the status Active. This means they are visible to your members in the MySports app.
If you want to edit or remove a catalog plan, you can click Deactivate Catalog Plan in the relevant row via the three-dot menu and remove it that way. It is now no longer visible within the MySports App - within the Magicline it is displayed as Deactivated. Members who have already selected the plan before can of course continue to train with it.
If you want to reactivate a deactivated plan for members in the app, select the Activate catalog plan function in the three-point menu. It will now be automatically displayed again.
